Closed this weekend while hosting CrossFit L1 Trainer Course

Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
10 candle stick rolls to straddle stretches
10 forward rolls on hard floor (scale onto soft matt)
3 x 15 second support hold on p-bars 
Watch this video to learn proper support position.  Chest has to be high and forward or shoulders cannot get into good position: The Position: Part 6—The Bar Dip 

Strength:
Every other minute for 16 minutes: 1 squat clean and 2 jerks

Conditioning:
Pull-ups
20-16-12-8-4 
Squat Cleans (205/140)
5-4-3-2-1
