Happy Day 2 of Paleo Challenge! As Bethanie mentioned, we’re celebrating Marshall’s 30th on Saturday, June 19th. We didn’t have everyone’s email addresses, but you are all invited to join us. Here’s a link with more info:

Tonight our friends from lululemon (see pic above) are coming in for a partner workout at 7:30pm. They were hoping to work out with a bunch of our regulars, so if you’re free at 7:30 tonight come in for your workout then. It will be fun and we will all go eat at nuevo laredo afterward.

If this is anyone’s first go at paleo, you’ve prob already figured out that grains can be the hardest thing to let go of (they make great salt and butter delivery vehicles after all). Here is an article posted today on Mark’s Daily Apple that can help you out:

    Conveniently titled.

good recommendation Jonathan! I just finished reading that myself. I was glad to see how he addressed living with grain eaters -Coming from a large Italian family- saying no to pasta is like stabbing your momma in the heart!!!

Hey Lori- it looks like you live around the block from Pat and I. We should have a get together at the Dupont Commons Pool!

Hey guys, I haven’t posted for a while, so a belated congrats to everyone on a great showing at regionals. I can’t wait to be in the CFAtl cheering section at the games this year.
I graduate this weekend, so with my newly acquired free time I was thinking of heading down for a couple of days next week to have my ass kicked by Georgia’s finest. I was hoping I could find a couch to crash on (probably the 17th or 18th to the 20th) and would happily return the favor with copious amounts of grass-fed beef. Let me know if any of you are willing to accommodate.
    Thanks,
    Jeff
