    Soooo I have bad news Laura and Elizabeth…in planning for the trip to Regionals, Chris and I realized its the same weekend as another out-of-state trip we have already committed to with a group. Sorry to flake out. I was definitely excited to get schooled down there and have some fun in Jacksonville at the same time. My fault for not checking the calendar first…

    Hey Marie, ( or any other GATECH student)
    Could you, would you, give me any ideas where I could post flyers for our duplex apartment we have for rent… I’m looking to post them in some high traffic student areas where it will get noticed… or maybe even some restaurants students visit frequently. Thanks for your help!!

    Rocky Mountain and Wingnuts are pretty popular among students. There are also a lot of places on campus to hang up flyers (like the Student Center, Library, Skiles Walkway, ect.)

    Laura and anyone else who has responded about the Teams at the Regionals…
    Brent and I would like to participate in a TEAM RX at the Regionals, in order to do so, we would need one more RX male and RX female…please let me know if anyone is interested.
    Laura, if you guys have an Open Team together, then someone needs to register the team on the link I posted a few days ago. When you register, you pay for the whole team and the other 3 ppl just pay you back..

    and I so need to try out the new pullup bars! Nice!

    What’s the typical weight for bear complex? In fact, what’s the official bear complex? As I remember it:
    Front Sqaut
    Press
    Back Squat
    Press
    Repeat
    Do you put the bar back on the ground each time for a clean before each complex?

    Only like 20 sec better than when I did it in November after not working out and being sick for like 10 days. Weak.
    I also do not like the gym being referred to as a box. But that’s just me.
