Workout of the Day


Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

    Wow- way early Dan.
    112kg on deadlifts today. PR by 10kg. Biggest PR I’ve had on the deadlift in as long as I can remember. I am quite excited. Thanks to Amy and Kulsoom for the movivation. I think you guys just took my mind off the weight with all the antics so I didn’t choke. Oh- and not to mention Kulsoom ‘accidentally’ leaving an extra 2k on one side on that last deadlift. Haha

    Thanks Bethanie, congrats on your 100kg. My DL makes up for my slower times in other workouts and mental blocks with OL lifts AND more importantly, helps me in lifting items myself at Coscto. I do not think you are twice my size hah but being taller means you lifted the bar more distance than I did.
    My 100kg was ugly, near the end of it I sensed my lower back starting to curve, so would not have tried 101kg, but next time we will compete 🙂

    I was in Vegas last week, and, I actually worked out. I know no one believes me, but I have proof! Me doing a wall ball at their pad:

    PR by 20 seconds…I really wanted that sub 10 Helen but my runs didn’t feel great today. Got that nasty taste at the back of my throat from all the cold air. Next time.
