    Ha! This picture makes me think that I need to start relaxing all the muscles in my body other than those being recruited for the actual movement I am doing, face, hands, etc. As we all know, I tend to have very dramatic facial expressions…like the Stowe angry face. Reminds me of sectionals, when Stowe was doing the lunges, and heard someone on the sidelines say “she looks so angry!” Hilarious.

    Alright peeps, paleo challenge ends tomorrow! The CF ATL is the “30 days of paleo” workout we did to start the month off. So, look up whatever mods/weights you did last time so you can do it the same way tomorrow. I’m pretty excited!

    Ryan, I’ll let you know tomorrow. I did today’s workout at noon and I can already tell tomorrow’s going to be a tough one.
    Bethanie, I can only come in tomorrow morning. Can I do the 31 days WOD on Thursday?

    30″ box jumps suck!!!! that is my shin speaking… my legs are sure looking hot these days between my face first slide during helen on friday and missing the box today. awesome.
    anyway – your camera is in the office. you can see me nearly get tripped by the barbell on the video… haha. i’m soooo coordinated these days. thanks for letting me use it though 🙂
