Since today is a running day, I thought it would be a great time to put out a little announcement:
Dan and I will be starting up some Pose technique classes soon. Be on the look out. As soon as we have some consistent warm weather, we will put out a schedule of classes. Pose technique makes running enjoyable again. Are any of you interested in Pose classes?

Will they be available to people who are on the pay-as-you-visit plan?

They will be available to non-monthly members. To get the best results, you would want to attend every class since they build on eachother.

I’m interested and I know one of the other am’ers is interested as well. We were talking about it this morning.

I am definitely interested. Been trying to apply some stuff by myself, but I am sure I am doing it wrong. A structured class on it would be great!

Today: 4.2 mi run in 36ish minutes
Mike, I know two non-crossfitters who would be interested in POSE classes (as long as you don’t make them deadlift or lift anything heavy as part of the class).
