Kulsoom gets a muscle-up, without kipping!

Workout of the Day


Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    I totally screwed up on the filming of this! Kulsoom did one just before this one that was truly the prettiest cleanest strict muscle up i have ever seen a crossfitter do! this video is probably her third or fourth one. we will have even better footage of KBA’s strict muscle up next week! sorry Kulsoom. if you can imagine, this muscle looks like a big kip compared to the one i failed to capture. Dammit!!!!!

    tomorrow, I will taking who ever wants to get in at 11 through some running drills and short sprints. Friday at 11 we will get some O-lifting work in for those who cant make Jason or Travis’s evening classes. For those interested in dramatically improving their running I would really recommend signing up for the upcoming Pose seminar, or email Mike G or Dan, both are Pose certified and give excellent instruction

    Thanks all. the first one just sort of happened. I was practicing false grip pull-ups and I did it. This attempt you do see some chicken wing action (one elbow moving faster than the other) but its better than what I usually do. My first 2 attempts, I think, were cleaner.

    I forgot to mention, I have a real domain now. It is functioning, needs some clean up (like don’t ask me yet why the same post is showing up 5 times on the main page)
