Workout of the Day

In Warm-up:

Total 1 min hanging from pull-up bar at bottom of pull-up with active shoulders, then
Total 1 min hanging from pull-up bar at top of CTB pull-up with elbows drawn back to point straight down

Strength:

In 20 minutes work up to a 1 rep max Snatch

Conditioning:

4 rounds
400 m run
2 minute rest
