Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
10 candle stick rolls to straddle stretches (How To Video)
5 presses to tri pod (How To VIdeo)

Strength:
In 15 minutes work up to a heavy single squat clean

Conditioning:

    What’s the point? Learn to roll on your back – no thumping. This will develop into forward rolls, handstand roll outs, and general safety in gymnastics skills.
    >>5 presses to tripod (balance on head and hands)
    What’s the point? Learn balance – this will develop into headstands and kipping handstand push ups.
    Squat all the way down on your toes, stick your knees out (akin to a butterfly stretch), place your elbows into your knees. Now, lean forward, place your hands on the ground. Squeeze your stomach and lean further, pressing the hips up, and balancing over your hands onto your head. You should form a triangle with your head and hands. Your head should be in front of your hands. Hold. Balance back to your feet. You may place an ab mat under your head, if you like.
