"Andy Miller Special"
(Mandatory for Competition Team Consideration)

 4 rounds:

15 yard Front Rack Lunge (155/105)
8 Shoulder To Overhead (155/105)

– This is done for time, dropping the bar the least amount of times as possible.
– If you do drop the bar, you must pick it up within 30 seconds.
– Rest in Rack Position only.
– Score is your time and the number of bar drops.

Plan B:

(135/95 or 115/85)
