Before Class or In Warm up:
5 Wall walks with 10 shoulder touches at end of each 

Strength:
5×3 Back Squat, about 2 min rest between sets

Conditioning:
In honor of Ken's 40th BD 
40 CTB Pullups
40 Wall Balls
40 Toes To bar
40 45#/35# Thrusters
40 1.5/1.0 pd KB Snatch
40 Hand Release Pushups
