"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    is there such thing as a “barbara flu” similar to the “fran flu”? if so, i got it. and if i see a barbara today i will punch her in her face.

    Yes. Barbara is actually much more likely to bring out Pukie than Fran. Any time you stop-go in a workout, you’re body is not going to respond favorably.
