From Crossfit Mayhem:

5 Rounds
10 Deadlift (275/185)
20 Push ups
40 Double unders*

Plan B:

DL (225/155)
*Plate hops (Two 25Kg/45# Plates)

This workout is mandatory for anyone wanting to be considered for the CrossFit regional/games competition teams.
