Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
Walk forward and backward on p-bars.
5 wall walk to handstand 

Strength:
Superset bent over rows and weighted pull-ups, 5 X 5  This means do 5 bent over rows and move immediately to 5 weighted pull-up.  That's one of the 5 sets.

Conditioning:
Run 1 mile
Row 1000m
Run 800m
Row 500m
