4 Rds:
40 yard sled push( 100/65#)
8 KB Snatch (4 ea arm @ 70/55#)
Cash out: 10 Hang Squat Cleans (185/115) & 5 Rope Climbs

*This workout is mandatory for anyone wanting to be considered for the CrossFit regional/games competition teams.
