Before Class or In Warm up:
3 sets of walk forward and backward on p-bars in above-bar support
5 skin-the-cat's on rings

In 15 minutes, work up to heavy back squat double.

For time:
500m row
25 Wallballs to 12ft (20/14)
400m row
20 Wallballs to 12ft
300m row
15 Wallballs to 12 ft
200m row
10 Wallballs to 12ft
