Deadlift
1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Yesterday I spent about 5 hours helping a friend on my old street prepare for a possible flood.  Below is a picture of the Chattahoochee from his back yard, just downstream of Paces Ferry Road, at 1:30 PM.  The water rose an additional 7 feet by midnight.

    Can’t currently reach my home on Defoors…too much water. I don’t think my actual house is flooded, although admittedly, I don’t know because I checked out when I saw the writing on the wall. For those of you similarly affected, the W Midtown is offering a flood rate of $99 per night.

    Looks like I got out just in time, seeing as how the Highlands hasn’t heard of these wonderful things called storm sewers. Hope it all works out for you guys.

    Deadlifts, 80kg, 85kg, 90kg, 95kg PR, 100kg Failed and 97kg Failed.
    Then did some workout that Ken and Mike had up:
    4 rounds
    15 KTB
    30 Double Unders
    Row 250
    12 min even.

    3×5 shoulder press: 50(2 reps), 45 (2 reps), called it quits
