Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
2 x 3 frog press to headstand (control on the way down)
5 attempts at free standing kipping handstand push up
10 ring rows with feet at ring height (body tight, chest to rings)

Strength:
In 30 minutes work up to one rep max squat snatch. 

Conditioning:
“Helen”
3 rounds for time:
400 m run
21 1.5/1 pd Kb swings
12 pullups

Shoes, Sitting, and Lower Body Dysfunction.
