The Open in coming to a close.  Next stop…Regionals.  Let's get back to the Games!

Workout of the Day:

CrossFit Games Open 11.6

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of the following rep scheme:
100 pound Thruster, 3 reps
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 6 reps
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 9 reps
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 12 reps
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 18 reps
18 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 21 reps
21 Chest to bar Pull-ups…

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.

Post rounds and reps completed to comments and/or register and submit your results as part of the CrossFit Games Open.

    Hey Guys! Just wanted to let everyone know that tomorrow night at 6:30, a group of us will be headed out on a 20 mile ride from the gym. Andy Luke is our fearless leader, and knows the route. Also, the ride will be “no drop” which means that no one will be left behind. Be there on time, with an operational bike, a proper helmet, water, and basic understanding of the rules of the road, and how to interact with traffic. Maybe Andy will post the link to the route, becuase I don’t know how to do that! Looking forward to a safe, fun and challenging ride.

    Hi guys! Reminder that the Paleo Challenge begins on Monday, May 2nd!!! If you want to participate, here are the things that must be done prior to the start date:
    1. Complete the benchmark WOD and turn in your results (including time, weights used, etc) – all the trainers know what it is and will be accomodating to those needing to do it.
    2. Turn in your body composition analysis.
    3. Pay your $50 entry fee (cash, check or cc). Any trainer should be able to help you with this.
