    Any surefire remedies for a cold? I was feeling mildly sluggish before Linda and now I’m full blown sick. Sneezing, coughing, nose dripping like a faucet. I’ll try anything. This sucks.

    Tylenol Severe Cold and Mucinex. Won’t cure the cold but it will make you feel a hell of alot better.

    It doesn’t work for everybody, but it works for me: Oil of Oregano. Usually one or two heavy doses spread out by six hours does the trick.

    Neti pot is a life saver. Whenever I feel like I might be getting sick, I use it and haven’t had a cold or sinus infection in years as a result. It’s rather uncomfortable and painful at first, but it’s worth it. It also helps with allergies. Just cleans everything out.

    Hey dudes, Outlaw leaves for law school in D.C. this weekend. Tonight, post workout, we are going to drink a few beers. SO, if you want to have a beer with Outlaw prior to his departure bring a few beers with you to the gym tonight to throw back post workout.

    Right after the games were over, someone posted a great article/letter describing how amazing the athletes were and the process was. I am trying to get a friend to start crossfit, and I want to send that article/letter, but I don’t want to take the time to search through the archives. Can someone post it here or send it to me? Thanks!
