Workout of the Day

Notice:  Closed this weekend for an L1 Trainer Course

Before Class or In Warm-up:
Total 2 minutes in support on p-bars or rings 

In 10 minutes work up to a heavy deadlift, about 80% your max.

Alternating Tabata (8 30s rounds of each for total time of 8 minutes)
275/185# Deadlift
