2011-08-214860 Dan & Kathryn lead group of Chinese students down the Gallatin River in Montana.  Dan was almost tossed twice but each time managed a one-legged glute-ham sit-up to avoid falling out of the raft, thus demonstrating the value of CrossFit in all sporting activity.
