Rest/Skills Day

Hip/Ankle/Shoulder Mobility work for 15 minutes.

Skill Practices:

Work on your double unders or singles jump rope skills for 5 minutes

Practice High Hang Med Ball Cleans: shrug, drop, & catch, no arm pull, no toss
Then Med Ball Cleans from the floor 

Workout

5 minute AMRAP

Med Ball Cleans, catch in full squat.
