CrossFit ATL 4324 Brent teaches deadlift

Workout of the Day

Front Squat 1-10-1-20-1-30 reps

Post total load (add up all six barbell loads) to comments.

Hours this week:

Today we will not be open for the noon session, so that Mike K. can
head to Florida and  be with his family.  Morning hours are as
usual.  Tonight we will close one hour earlier than normal,
at 7 PM.  The executive summary is that today we are open 6 AM to 10 AM and 4 PM to
7 PM.

Thursday, December 24, 6 AM to 9 AM only.

Friday, December 25, closed all day.  

Saturday and Sunday, December 26 & 27 normal hours.

    Yeah, I think Cirque du Soleil is the way to go.
    Todays workout: 140-100-140-100-140-75kg. I messed up on the 10’s. I thought I was doing 120kg, but only did 100kg. The 20’s were the hardest.

    12.24 deadlift version of this:
    120/90/115/80/110/70 for a total of 585kg
    Not quite as bad as the front squats, but the 20 rep and 30 rep sets definitely get your attention.
    Awesome job today, Heidi, on Rx’ing the OPT Big Dawg workout.
