Workout of the Day


75 pound Power snatch, 75 reps for time.

Postural Alignment for CrossFit.  If posture is wrong, the movement pattern will be wrong.  Less power and more injury are two consequences of bad posture.

Noon classes are back.  Friday evening we will close at 7 PM.  Last class at 6 PM
