Workout of the Day

In Warm-up:
Total 10 Ring Push-ups.  Hold top position 2 seconds each rep with perfect plank & full extension of arms & external rotation of shoulders and wrists turned out.

Strength:
Deadlift 5×3 with 1 minute rest between sets

Conditioning:
7 Rounds
7 Dead Lifts 225/155
7 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
