Workout of the Day

3 Rounds:
Single Unbroken Set of Wall Ball Shots (20/14)*
-Rest 90 secs-
30 Cal Row For Time
-Rest 3 mins-

*You get out of it, what you put into it. Push yourself to find a true max rep set. For the few that have trouble catching the ball consistently, you have 35 reps for time in each of the 3 rounds…and learn to catch the ball consistently.
