    I really like Mr. Joshua. Last time I had to row it due to sprained ankle so this was my first time running it. I think that running in the cold got the snot flowing and then going upside-down on the GHDs made it flow the wrong way and create a little bit of a sinus headache. time was 39:?? with 60K dead lifts.
    Wow, today looks like a treat! (and by treat I mean ass buster)

    Just wait until I cut out dairy for a month…can’t believe my bare midriff is on the internet without the benefit of some air-brushing! I am a victim of the belly cam. The booty’s not detectable on camera yet, but I am working on it. 75 50 kilo deadlifts last night should help.
    Regarding the January Birthday celebrations, not sure if anyone has posted about it yet, but we are meeting at 7 pm this Friday at Six Feet Under. Jody came up with the plan for her birthday, and I know there were lots of other folks that had or are having b-day’s this month. Please join us…should be fun. My cell is 404-713-8111 if anyone wants to coordinate.

    At first I thought you said the workout was ass butter. For some reason that made me laugh. While I can’t think of a good time to use ass butter in a sentence right now, I really can’t think of a time when it wouldn’t be hilarious.

    I haven’t posted my times, cause the last two days have sucked!
    I could not get motivated yesterday morning and running in the below 20 degree weather was awful! First rd at 75kg and the muscles weren’t warm enough, had to go to 70K, then on top of that, started too late and had to stop at 4 rds so I wasn’t late for work, which I still was. So, 33ish for 4 rounds. Could have poured molasses faster…
    Same for this morning. Used the harness contraption for the HSPU to get full ROM vs going down to an abmat. So, again…slow..47ish.
    not a good cycle for me, what the hell will tomorrow bring?!
    By the way Margaret, there’s not even anything there to airbrush! Hush up! you don’t even have a belly.

    January birthdays, I would like to point out: ABC (atlanta brewing company), located .5 miles from crossfit, and has all you can drink beer Fridays at 6pm. As a group that prefers efficiency in all endeavors, I thought this must be brought to your attention.

    My birthday is this Sunday the 25th, and I know that we were definitely planning on coming out this Friday. Currently home from work, sick, with a sinus infection. Started on antibiotics last night so hopefully will feel better by Friday!

    Charlie, I like your style. Friday is a rest day anyway. This way I can get good and drunk before heading to 6 feet under where I will more than likely offend someone and act like I have a January birthday.

    Can’t wait to see all you drunkards at 6 feet under. I am particularly interested in witnessing Bethanie cause some offense. I am sure that will be amusing. You zaney kids need to find a safe driver!!

    I love the workout (Mr. Joshua) but hate that fact that I’ve done it twice now and both times have resulted in a migraine headache. Not the “Oh my head hurts, I’ll take an aspirin” type, but rather the, “I can’t see out of my left eye, I feel like I’m having a stroke, someone’s stabbing me in my medulla oblongata with a steak knife” kind! I think its the GHD’s…I did smash my old PR by 13 mins though (26:43), so I guess I’m kinda okay with the pain.

    today’s WO 32 min something.
    kipping L pullups, negative HSPU. My first rep was a real kipping HSPU no mats but I could not repeat that feat the second rep. so I did negatives to no mat. Approx. halfway through the workout, my head was starting to crash into the mat. due to the wise advise of the trainers, I started to use one abmat but tried to use the thinnest part of it to cushion my head and still try to get as much ROM as I could.
