Workout of the Day
225 pound Back squat, 20 reps
40 Toes to bar
60 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
Remember, new hours until our folks return from the
CrossFit Games. The following regularly scheduled group classes are
Weekdays: 9-10 AM, 12-1 PM, 4-5 PM, & 7-8 PM. This means that
the hours we are open are 6-9 AM, 5-7 PM on weekdays. Weekend hours and
weightlifting classes are unaffected.
