I would like to point out that this isn’t some “pow” “crack” Cpt. America being placed on our wall. This son of a bitch would beat you to death for not standing up during the pledge. I think his brutal gaze alone will be responsible for a 10% jump in PR’s.

Can’t make it Friday morning, but I did this WOD last Friday, scaled down to 165#/105#, and found it to be a really well programmed triplet. You can keep moving the whole twenty minutes, but it works everything; you’ll be sore for days. I only got about 2.5 rounds, so would like to try this again sometime soon and push a little harder to see if I can at least get 3 rounds.
