Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Chest to bar pull-ups
30 second Ring L-sit hold
Post rounds completed to comments.
We will be closed this weekend for a CrossFit seminar, and we will close early Fri for Bethanie & Mike's baby shower. No 6 or 7 pm classes on Fri.
