Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Chest to bar pull-ups
30 second Ring L-sit hold

We will be closed this weekend for a CrossFit seminar, and we will close early Fri for Bethanie & Mike's baby shower.  No 6 or 7 pm classes on Fri.

    Sad you missed the swim wod today? Well, you are in luck! Some of us are planning to do it at Andy Luke’s pool this Saturday at 10:45am… the gym is closed for a cert. You have no excuse. So, come join me in getting schooled by all the former Tech swimmers 🙂

    Congrats to everyone this weekend!
    On a separate note:
    I was down in Columbus working out at CF Inception (great crew, by the way) and we were doing a workout with some heavy deadlifts. One of the new trainers asked me where I was from and when I told her CF Atlanta she said “Oh! No wonder you have such good deadlifts!”
    Thought I’d pass on the compliment to CFAtl 🙂

    …and laugh at my swimming abilities? I will be there if one or all of the collegiate swimmers hold a short informal swimming clinic 🙂

    I’m with Alan .. Does flailing count as swimming? oh and would it be okay to swim fully clothed ?LOL

    Alan, Danya, all: Regardless of your swimming abilities I will be there singing Survivors ‘Eye of the Tiger’ through a bullhorn while you swim. It’s gunna kick ass!
