Push-up mechanics. Learn how to use your shoulders.
Total 2 minutes in support on p-bars or ring. Keep shoulders back and down. Chest up.
Duck walk while in bottom of overhead squat.
5 sets, 6 steps each.
Start with a stick, work up to empty bar.
Snatch Assistance Drills
3 sets of 3 each of the following:
Pressing Snatch Balance
Heaving Snatch Balance
Drop Snatch (no heave, start with bar on shoulders, drop into overhead squat)
High Hang Squat Snatch
Start with stick, work up to empty men's or women's bar
