Workout of the Day

Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:

185 pound Front squat, 5 reps
10 Chest to bar Pull-ups
20 Double-unders

Notice

After one day of use, the new floor has more than 25 permanent cuts and dents from dropped kettlebells.  6 of the 8 rolls of flooring have been damaged in this way.  Henceforth,  any member who drops a kettlebelll or dumbbell on the new floor and any trainers who let it happen will be asked to repair the damage at their own expense.

    Here are some breakfast details: We will have food from around 7am until about 9am or so. While the more food the merrier, we have the basics covered and would love for people to come and eat, even if they don’t bring anything.
