Mobility/Skills Day

Turkish Get Up Arm Bar StretchTotal 2 minutes in handstand

Shoulder & Hips:
With a stick:
Shoulder Pass Through Lunges
Overhead Duck Walk
With empty bar:
Sotz Press 

Burgener Warm-Up
2x with stick
2x with empty bar

High Hang Squat Snatch
Use light weight, focus on speed under the bar & catch with arms locked out overhead.  When feet hit the ground, arms need to be locked out.

Free Style Mobility
Roll and stretch you tight stuff.
