    Hey guys, I’m running a study in my lab that looks at the way people maintain balance. I need to recruit subjects over the age of 65. I put up a flyer on the dry erase board next to the pull up bars with more info and a contact number/e-mail. If you have friends or family that are 65 or older, please pass this information to them. I would appreciate this greatly. Thanks.

    Made up the 5×3 front squat WOD from yesterday. Just wasn’t feeling it today. 70(3), 80(1), 75(2), 70(3), 70(3). Off my PR, last time managed two sets of 80(3).

    made up the monday wod 3X run 400m, 12kg KBx21 swings, and 12 push-presses (i think thats what they’re called?) 17:53 (approx)

    Put your old PR as the 3rd set and work up to it in 5kg increments. Also, come into the gym anticipating the heavy lift day and be excited to hit it hard (not quiet sure how to control for this).
