Okay guys, sorry for the lack of communication. California got the best of me!
Paleo challengers here is the deal: everything is due by Friday!! We are having the hydrostatic bodyfat testing come back this Friday. The sign up sheet will be at the gym this afternoon.
So, by Friday, make sure you have turned in all of your food logs to your mentor, done all of your homework, redone your benchmark workout (either Fran or Helen), taken your after pictures/measurements/and weight. Compile all of these things and bring the information with you on Saturday to closing “ceremonies” at 10am. Email me your pictures. You should compile your before/after stats onto a word document so people can see the changes. This is what people will base their votes on.
The meeting should not take more than an hour so you can get on with your holiday weekend.
See you then and finish strong!

    Hi everyone!
Some friends from Crossfit Memphis/Faction Strength and Conditioning are putting on a competition August 7th and 8th in my second home… lovely Memphis, TN. I know some of us, me included, have already registered for it, and today is the last day to regsiter at the lower rate – $65. It goes up to $85 tomorrow. So DO IT!!!!
There are multiple divisions, including a scaled/beginner group… so no excuses! It’s sure to be a good time 🙂

On a different note: did everyone see the link to our FUNdraiser for the games!!???
All of us competitors really appreciate your support, even if that means buying 1 raffle ticket!
To buy them: tell your trainer and they will get you taken care of.

  • Krista Valenzuela

  • Andy L

Thank you! I can do it towards the end of the 7 o’clock hour. I’m trying to simulate begining of the month conditions. I need a good bit of time to warm up. I’ll be in at 6:45 or so.
