Total 2 minutes in support position on rings or p-bars. Focus on chest up, shoulders back & down, arms torqued out. See, Position: Bar Dip and Position: Ring Dip. If you cannot hold the position, hold as long as possible, rest, then go again until you have totaled 2 minutes.
Then if you have learned to pirouette or roll out of missed handstand, spend 10 minutes trying to balance in a handstand without support & walk on your hands. If not practice forward rolls & pirouettes.
High Hang Squat Snatch
Go up in weight gradually. Keep weights light. Focus on technique, get ready for tomorrow.
