Strength
5 sets of 5 jumping back squats (high bar back squat)
Load bar with 30% of 1 RM
Explode out of bottom, driving through back half of foot, and jump an inch or two off the ground. 

Conditioning
4 Rounds for time
10 High Hang Power Snatch (½ bodyweight or less)
10 Toes to Bar
10 Box Jumps
