Workout of the Day

"Murph"

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and
finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor,
wear it.

    Hi all, sad to say that Peter is moving back home to VA beach next week. We’ll be sending him off with a party Saturday night starting at Fado around 9. See you there!

    Sad you’re leaving us, Peter, but I am happy for you and your new opportunities (and an excuse to party).
    For anyone who is interested, I will be the trainer on duty Saturday morning from 9-11. It’s my first time, even though I am already very experienced in telling people what to do, because that’s just my personality. Charming.
    Wills, nice shoulder flexibility! Take note, dudes.

    Peter, it sucks that you are leaving us. I wish you the best in VA Beach. I won’t be here this weekend to party with you, but I’ll be around next week to help you move. Will you be in the gym at all next week?
