    OK, paintballers. This whole stalker thing is no fun, so please turn your waivers and $30 today. I have a call with the people at Nitro tomorrow to let them know how many people we have signed up. Don’t make me pull this car over.

    dude, i gotta do family stuff on Easter! i really wish i could go! did front squats this morning, but only did single reps, got up to 60k, i suck at heavy stuff! then i did “Annie” and got 11:32, im so pleased bc last time it took like 18 min, double unders are getting eaiser.
    Damn you Beathanie for that i second you bet mw at Karen! my name is now off the board!

    Just want to share something comical. My parents like me to send pics of my latest. I sent them a more recent pic of me working out and this is what my father responded (the fam calls me BG):
    Your good BG, if I had abs like yours I’d take my six pack and camp out anywhere I wanted because you are one bad ass!

    Your abs are totally sick, B, and I am killing myself just to try to get close to your results. I wandered around the gym this morning like a lost child, looking for a workout. Finally meandered my way through Annie, which took forever, but I didn’t care. The fight in me is gone. I almost cried when I tried to sit in my chair this morning. It’s getting better. Should be back tomorrow.

    I’m proposing a new gym rule to aid us emulating Patty at CrossFit Vancouver, namely, that everyone has a nickname. Some of his are: Colonel Fatso, Kunta Kinte, Burger King, Sweet Cheeks, etc. If you don’t like your nickname you can fill out a “Hurt Feelings Report”

    How do the nicknames get decided? Whoever comes up with the funniest name for someone? I like this because it has potential for hilarity.

    Nicknames may be offered up by anyone and they may or may not stick. Some people will go through several nicknames before one sticks. It is not cool to nickname yourself.

    Front squats x 3: 50-60-70pr-75×2-70
    In other exciting news I did my first unassisted ring dips this evening and they were relatively easy! I did a total of 11 including 1 set of three and two sets of 2!! What’s amazing is that I never do them in my warm up because they hurt my elbow so goddamn bad. so, how I all of the sudden was able to do them is pretty awesome. happyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

    so, I can’t see the blog from my office as my computer guys suppress it (along with every other fun website- I guess they want us to do actual work) and I just got on the blog for the first time today. . .funny that Bethanie already got her nick name at the gym today before I read Dan’s post.
