    I have terrible terrible news: while I was gone Trader Joe’s discontinued their Cashew/Macademia butter. Guess I have to now double up on the regular cashew butter. This is bullshit.

    I do not know how cost effective this will be since I do not know how the price of the jar compares to getting them whole:

    Method:
    Simply place the Macadamia nuts in a heavy-duty food processor and process continually until smooth. A ‘crunchy’ nut butter will typically take about 3 minutes’ worth of processing and a smooth nut butter will take 5 minutes’ worth of processing.

    Someone said they cut some of them for easier start in the food processor.

    For everyone who missed Saturday night or wants to give William Wallace another last goodbye…we will be at Fados tonight throwing back a little Guiness. We will plan on being there around 8:30/9ish.

    I have officially been released from the hell that is senior design (at least for the next 3 weeks) and will actually have time to come work out! yay! However maybe not until tomorrow, seeing as I literally did not go to bed last night. So no workout…but I could do a damn drink!
