First, we've had a scheduling snafu
and the Michael Collins Pose Running workshop will not be tonight
as planned, it will be tomorrow, Thursday, from 6-9 PM. Anyone who has
registered and can't attend the new time will have their money
refunded. Info about the workshop is here. Register now.
Second, we are hosting a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification
seminar this weekend, and will be closed to the public all weekend.
Please visit one of the friendly nearby CrossFit gyms. On Friday evening, we are hosting Level 1 testing, and so the evening workouts will be outdoors.
Third, next weekend, May 27-30 we have a whole host of people
competing in or attending the CrossFit Games, Southeast Regional
Qualifier in Jacksonville. This includes all of our trainers, so we
will be closed while we attend that event.
