    My return from San Fran workouts include Diane last night: 16:22 with the first 15 deadlifts as rx’d and the rest at 60k and two ab mats on the HSPU; and, the WOD this morning at 15:00 flat. The new running form I learned at the clinic made the first 400 fast, but after that, my form fell apart, and I just kind of crawled through the runs any way I could manage. I can already tell the DOMS is going to be NASTY.

    Hey, Chris N – Crossfit Smyrna here. I am coming in tonight for the 2nd session of the running clinic. I was hoping to come in early to do today’s WOD. Would that be okay? If so, is there a workout starting at 5:30 or do I need to be ready to go at 5:00?

    Hi Chris! Our classes usually begin on the hour so I would suggest getting there at 5. However, I am not coaching at CF Atl tonight so if one of the trainers who is training tonight responds differently, listen to them. Have fun!

    Well, the wii’s coming out with a bodybuilding videogame. I think I can speak for everyone when I say “FINALLY!” Personally, I think the game really captures the spirit and complexities of the sport.

    I have been such a slacker this past week, and busy too. I have to do this WOD at the school next door to make it quick. Miss the gym and will step it up. Just not tomorrow as I am pitching a deal near the Florida border and won’t be back in town till late. See you soon!
