    Back squats tonight. 6 pm.
I know I’ve gone over these a few times now, but I want everyone who is interested in the class to have a chance to learn what is definitely the most important weightlifting exercise properly.
If you’ve already heard my back squat lecture, come in for a workout and a technique checkup.

    Hey guys,
We have all seen George go crazy around the gym. If you jump at him, he gets very excited and starts running around like a crazy dog. I have stopped people from doing this countless times. There is a reason for this. He can easily hurt himself or someone else. Also, I asked many people not to make him jump high. There is a reason for this, as well. Again, he can hurt himself. He has been hurt numerous times because people have been playing too rough with him. Please use your common sense when playing with George. If it looks like it is potentially dangerous, please stop.
Peter, I’m very sorry for flipping out. This is not the first time he has been hurt from this and I took it out on you. I apologize.

No worries Mike. I kinda deserved it. Playing around with a dog in a gym, especially where people are working out, is stupid. Learned that lesson the hard way unfortunately. I hope George is OK.
