Before Class or In Warm up:
Total 1 minute in support on p-bars or rings, and 1 minute in handstand free standing or wall. 

Strength:
In 12 minutes work up to a heavy 3 rep Overhead Squat

10 Overhead Squats (135/95)
50 double unders
