More good shoulder stuff

Today is Rest/Skills Day but we are closed tomorrow for Thanksgiving, so if you missed yesterday's workout, you can do that, or spend time on shoulder mobility and O-lift skills     

Med Ball Tall Cleans: from high hang position: no dip, drive, just shrug and drop to catch the ball.
