Before Class or In Warm up:
Total 1 minute is support on p-bars or rings.
Total 1 minue in handstand

Strength:
In 15 minutes work up to a heavy triple deadlift

Conditioning:
The 2010 Georgia Sectional Final workout:
21-15-9
Thrusters (95/65#)
Burpees
Then 30 Deadlifts @ 225/155#
