Evening classes will be doing "Grace" for the Barbells for Boobs fundraising drive. Money raised is for research into breast cancer. We will be running groups every 20 min from 5pm-8pm. Please register NOW!! AM Classes can do this optionally.
Here is how to register: go to Barbells For Boobs above, then go to the 'sign up' tab, scroll to "participant registration", click "register" and select "individual", fill out the required fields and make sure you select "Crossfit Atlanta" as your affiliate.
We are now offering strength classes in the evening time and on Saturdays. The classes are with Jason Arp, Monday through Friday at 6pm and 7pm, and Saturday at 9am and 10am.
