Start from kneeling position on mat, jump into bottom of squat position

Knowledge Test: How can the athlete pictured on crossfit.com today improve his drive position in the push press?

Evening crew will be doing "Grace" in Barbells 4 Boobs Fundraiser.  Heats begin at 4:30 PM.  Donations are encouraged, but optional
