Before Class or In Warm up:
3 freestanding teeter-totters
3 handstands with a buddy
3 handstands kicking up against the wall (don't crash into the wall)

Strength:
5×5 Bench Press

Conditioning:

Eight rounds for max reps of:
115 pound Hang power clean, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
115 pound Push press, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
